Theme: Navigating Stress & Anxiety

Time: 10.00 AM to 4.00 PM Full Day 

Short on time? We also offer half day tickets - choose from either a morning ticket (10 am to 1 pm) or an afternoon ticket (1 pm to 4 pm)

From the moment you arrive, you'll be warmly welcomed and whether you can stay for the entire day or choose to stay for half a day, your experience will be peace and relaxation. 

Our Exclusive Workshops Include:

Yoga  & Relaxation Session with Rebecca Gartshore of Yoga Senses – relax and rejuvenate your body and soul.

Enjoy  a Yoga & Relaxation Session with Rebecca Gartshore of Yoga Senses.  This session is designed to help you relax and rejuvenate your body and  soul. It will last an hour and is suitable for all levels. The focus  will be on stimulating the vagus nerve to achieve a rest and restore state in your body and mind using breathwork, flowing poses, and guided  relaxation.

Emotional Freedom Technique with Sue Jaycock of Choosewellbeing – release stress and find calm.

Join me for an empowering Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) workshop focused on "Navigating Stress and Anxiety." Discover the transformative power of tapping to release emotional blocks and restore inner peace. You will leave this workshop with a practical tool to help you manage stress and anxiety effectively. Through guided tapping sequences you'll learn how to calm your mind, alleviate tension, and regain control over your emotional well-being. Whether you're new to EFT or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop provides a safe and nurturing environment to explore and heal. Don’t miss this opportunity to unlock your potential for a stress-free, balanced life. 

Sound Bath with Mandy Atkins of Serenity Sound Therapies – journey and release with sound.

Sound Therapy is the Therapeutic application of sound waves & frequencies that pass through the body's own pathways, the connective tissue and the energy system. Sound helps create the pathway to a place of deep restorative, relaxation, stillness, inner peace, balance and wellbeing. You will be bathed in the sound of Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, frame drums, ocean drum, shanti chimes, rattles and healing tubular pipes. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow/cushion, blanket, eye pillow, bolster if you suffer with back issues, and a water bottle. Please wear comfortable clothing.  

Contraindications for Sound Bath:  People with pacemakers; serious heart conditions; women in the first trimester of pregnancy; sound induced epilepsy; schizophrenia

Ultimate Relaxation Session with Kim Brindley of Kim Brindley Mind Hub. Join me for an ultimate relaxation session where we will focus on positive daily habits to improve self care:  We will spend some time to journal and use this as a way to release negativity from our minds.   We will then practice gratitude & look at ways to cultivate joyful activities into our daily lives.   We will spend some time on creating personalised positive affirmations to improve our wellbeing.   We will end with a guided meditation to leave you feeling delightfully relaxed & refreshed.

What to Bring:

  • A yoga mat (if you don't have a yoga mat we have a few spare, please email us to reserve one.)
  • A cushion or pillow for relaxation
  • A blanket or throw to snuggle up during the Sound Bath
  • A bottle of water to keep you hydrated
  • Lunch if you are staying for the day
  • A bottle of water (water will be available too)

What you'll receive:

  • Complimentary hot drinks provided at morning break and lunch break, and water will be freely available 
  • Snacks will be available
  • 4 workshops (2 if you are attending for half day only)
  • A goody bag 

What to wear:

  • Comfortable, stretchy clothing

Who is it for?

  • This retreat is open to everyone aged 16 and above.

  • Please be aware of any contraindications (see details for Sound Bath above).
